Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with Department Deans and other Instructional Designers, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will design online courses, develop training materials, and maintain course development standards while supporting the onboarding of new team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce instructionally sound and interactive online courses in collaboration with faculty and stakeholders
• Design authentic assessments to demonstrate course competencies and ensure quality standards are met
• Create and maintain best practices for online course design and conduct training sessions for peers and staff

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Instructional Design or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience designing online courses or training
• Experience working with subject matter experts and diverse stakeholders
• Ability to engage with a diverse group of individuals representing multiple life stages and experiences
