Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Instructional Designer & Content Creator will develop engaging e-learning courses using Articulate tools, collaborate with subject matter experts, and maintain course content within the Learning Management System for a global enterprise organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating interactive e-learning courses aligned with learning objectives and Global Content Standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize instructional content for course development
• Support the upload and maintenance of courses within the Learning Management System, ensuring accessibility for learners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise for eLearning development
• Familiarity with foundational instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
• Proficiency in storyboarding, scriptwriting, and multimedia integration
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
