Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To enhance learner engagement, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will lead client strategy sessions, apply instructional design methodologies, and develop comprehensive learning modules from design to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Analyze learner feedback and assessment data to recommend content improvements and manage the revision cycle
• Contribute to proposal development by providing content samples and design rationale while managing project deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in instructional design or learning content development
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership of eLearning or blended learning projects from design through delivery
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Rise for creating interactive eLearning content
• Solid understanding of the learning content development life cycle and ability to execute with minimal oversight
