Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Instructional Designer will design, develop, and maintain engaging training programs and resources that enhance operational excellence by collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create effective learning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and define learning objectives
- Translate complex processes into clear, actionable learning content, including multimedia aspects
- Develop methods to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and data analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing various learning solutions
- Knowledge of instructional design approaches and experience with Articulate 360 or similar software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience with learning management systems, such as UKG Learning LMS or similar platforms
