Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the SP&D team, the part-time hourly Instructional Designer will develop and maintain learning content and tools while ensuring compliance with legal standards in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Define learning objectives, course structure, and assessments while developing engaging learning materials
• Conduct detailed analysis of content and tasks to align with audience needs and business processes
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and manage project plans, budgets, and deadlines independently

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment
• Proficiency in technical writing and strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Word, with familiarity in Excel
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure while remaining flexible
