Job Summary

To support the development of high-quality online courses, the full-time remote Instructional Designer I will manage course production activities, collaborate with diverse teams, and innovate educational solutions while navigating the higher education environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple online course development activities and serve as a program manager for course production and updates
• Collaborate with internal peers, course developers, and media specialists to create engaging online learning experiences
• Continuously evaluate existing solutions and stay informed about industry trends to drive innovation in teaching and learning

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Expertise with software applications used in designing online learning experiences
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines
• Advanced critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work professionally and collegially in a team environment
