Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the design and development of engaging learning solutions, the remote contract Instructional Designer will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and project teams to create effective training programs and eLearning content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials and eLearning courses
• Partner with SMEs to gather requirements and translate complex information into effective learning solutions
• Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 and produce multimedia assets with Adobe Creative Cloud tools

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Instructional Design experience
• 2+ years of Curriculum Development experience
• Experience consulting and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
