Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Creating and maintaining best-in-class eLearning and instructor-led content, the remote Instructional Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, develop diverse curricula, and ensure high-quality instructional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define measurable performance objectives and identify critical learning needs
• Develop and maintain curricula for online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training environments
• Manage the content development lifecycle, ensuring collaboration between curriculum managers and delivery teams

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design or adult learning within a corporate training environment (SaaS preferred)
• Proven ability to operate in rapid development cycles, delivering high-quality learning content
• Mastery of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia
• BA/BS degree in Education or Instructional Design required; a professional portfolio must be provided
• Strong foundational knowledge of instructional design processes and knowledge transfer methods
