Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the full-time Instructional Designer will develop high-quality learning content across various modalities, collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and create engaging learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including instructor-led training, eLearning, and blended learning experiences
• Create and maintain a variety of learning assets such as guides, assessments, and digital content
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to synthesize complex information into clear, learner-centered content

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design or related fields
• Proficiency in eLearning development tools, including Articulate 360 and Camtasia
• Experience designing and developing various learning experiences, including instructor-led and virtual training
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
