Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, the full-time remote Servicing Instructional Designer will design, develop, and maintain training materials while acting as a subject matter expert in auto finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including presentations and SOPs for auto finance operations
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and development opportunities within the team
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in training and development/instructional design, preferably in auto finance or financial services
• Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements preferred
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
