Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support a high-impact Skills Transformation Program, the contract Instructional Designer will design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions, translate complex HR initiatives into engaging content, and partner with stakeholders to align training with adoption strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver various learning solutions, including ILT, VILT, eLearning, and job aids
• Translate complex HR and skills-based initiatives into digestible, audience-specific content
• Develop scalable learning paths and reusable assets for global deployment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate environment
• Proven experience supporting HR transformation or digital/process transformation initiatives
• Strong expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum design
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate, LMS platforms, and video tools
• Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, actionable learning content
