Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a remote contract position focused on supporting a strategic Skills Transformation initiative by designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that enhance organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions, including instructor-led training and eLearning modules
• Translate project requirements and process updates into audience-specific learning content
• Conduct learning needs analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to validate learning materials

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Storyline)
• Background in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field
• Experience designing learning for enterprise transformation or digital initiatives
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum design
