Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, fixed-term Instructional Designer for a six-month remote assignment to create and modernize onboarding programs and training resources, leveraging technology and AI to enhance knowledge transfer for employees and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable onboarding programs for employee and contractor populations
• Develop structured learning pathways and create assessments, simulations, and job aids to support operational readiness
• Transform legacy training materials into modern digital learning experiences and evaluate learning technologies for future scalability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or related fields
• Proven experience in designing and building onboarding programs and learning infrastructure
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with e-learning and digital learning technologies, including LMS
• Proficiency with content authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or similar platforms
