Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support a strategic Skills Transformation initiative, the contract Instructional Designer will design and deliver impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences, focusing on new skills-based processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while working remotely for a duration of 6+ months with potential for full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions, including instructor-led training and eLearning modules
• Translate project requirements and process updates into clear, audience-specific learning content
• Conduct learning needs analyses to define target audiences and appropriate delivery methods

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or corporate training
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate and LMS platforms
• Background in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related fields
• Experience designing learning for enterprise transformation or digital initiatives
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum design
