Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Instructional Designer will design and develop engaging learning solutions using the ADDIE model, create e-learning courses, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop learning solutions utilizing the ADDIE instructional design model
• Create e-learning courses and virtual instructor-led training based on existing content
• Analyze source content to identify learning objectives and design supporting materials

Required Qualifications

• Five years of experience in instructional design or learning and development
• Hands-on experience with instructional design tools, including Articulate 360, Microsoft Word, and Camtasia
• Strong ability to translate complex content into clear and engaging learning experiences
• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage work independently
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders and adhering to project timelines
