Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support internal change management initiatives, the contract Instructional Designer will develop engaging training materials and video content remotely, utilizing tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360 while collaborating with other instructional designers.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop training assets such as job aids, quick reference guides, and training decks to facilitate HR services
• Create and edit engaging video content to communicate key messaging and system walkthroughs
• Collaborate with instructional designers to execute pre-defined strategies and deliverables efficiently

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in creating and editing video content using Camtasia
• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing eLearning courses using Articulate Rise & Storyline, EasyGenerator, or Captivate
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing
