Job Summary

Working remotely on an 8-month contract, the Instructional Designer will develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational change management, create training materials, and manage training logistics to support successful adoption of new processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop training strategies and materials in collaboration with stakeholders to support organizational change
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills and knowledge required for effective change adoption
  • Coordinate and manage training logistics, including scheduling sessions and tracking enrollment and completion
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience, or 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience delivering training for enterprise applications or technology transformation programs
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, with the ability to create accessible learning materials
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including PMOs and IT
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and utilize analytical thinking to improve training effectiveness
