Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Supporting corporate back office operations, the remote Instructional Designer will apply adult learning principles to create instructional design documents, eLearning storyboards, and training materials for both online and instructor-led courses, while utilizing various authoring tools and collaborating with SMEs and the Learning & Development team.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging eLearning modules and instructional materials from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and test courseware, ensuring functionality and user readiness
• Maintain and update custom eLearning resources, ensuring data integrity and effective use of instructional design tools

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, education, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 4 years of relevant experience with expert knowledge of instructional design principles
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Experience in designing and developing training courses in a corporate or professional services environment
• Portfolio showcasing prior project work, including online learning modules and instructional materials
