Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To design and develop engaging learning solutions, the contract Instructional Designer will work remotely, applying established methodologies to create high-quality training materials while collaborating with stakeholders and adhering to timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the ADDIE instructional design model to develop learning solutions
• Analyze source content to identify learning objectives and design e-learning courses using storyboards
• Manage work independently, providing regular status updates and collaborating with team members

Required qualifications

• Five years of experience in instructional design or learning and development
• Hands-on experience with instructional design tools, including Articulate 360, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Camtasia
• Strong ability to translate complex content into clear and engaging learning experiences
• Strong communication and organizational skills
