Job Summary
To support a growing educational initiative, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will analyze learning needs, create engaging training modules, and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop interactive e-learnings while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct learning-needs analyses and define measurable learning objectives using the ADDIE model
- Collaborate with SMEs to convert existing materials into interactive e-learnings and create training modules aligned with adult learning standards
- Design assessments to measure training effectiveness and apply the Kirkpatrick model for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent qualifications and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and digital learning development
- Portfolio showcasing training developed with Articulate and other software
- Proven application of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and Bloom's Taxonomy in instructional design
- Extensive experience with AI-assisted tools for instructional design efficiency and innovation
