Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will analyze learning needs, create engaging training modules, and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop interactive e-learnings while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learning-needs analyses and define measurable learning objectives using the ADDIE model
• Collaborate with SMEs to convert existing materials into interactive e-learnings and create training modules aligned with adult learning standards
• Design assessments to measure training effectiveness and apply the Kirkpatrick model for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent qualifications and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and digital learning development
• Portfolio showcasing training developed with Articulate and other software
• Proven application of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and Bloom's Taxonomy in instructional design
• Extensive experience with AI-assisted tools for instructional design efficiency and innovation
