Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support enterprise learning initiatives, the experienced Instructional Designer will design and update engaging e-learning content using Articulate Storyline in a fully remote, 6-month contract position focused on delivering high-quality training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement interactive e-learning solutions using Articulate Storyline
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate business needs into engaging learning experiences
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and evaluating learning solutions based on feedback

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of instructional design experience
• Advanced expertise with Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Proven ability to create interactive, engaging e-learning content
• Experience managing multiple projects with tight timelines
