Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Designing and delivering engaging learning solutions, the full-time remote L&D Instructional Design Officer will collaborate with stakeholders to create training programs that enhance employee knowledge and skills while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate learning solutions, including e-learning modules and instructor-led materials, aligned with learning objectives
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory to create measurable learning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather input and ensure training materials meet business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Instructional Designer in a corporate setting, preferably in the banking or financial industry
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Familiarity with learning evaluation frameworks and basic graphic design or multimedia production skills
