Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with subject matter experts, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will develop and implement scalable training programs and online systems for tracking and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design and write courses using appropriate learning and instructional theories while incorporating media applications
• Build quality course assets and ensure compliance with standards through monitoring and reviewing course content
• Establish guidelines for online course development and collaborate on course revisions and maintenance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• Proficiency in instructional technology and course design
• Ability to implement a systematic instructional design process
• Experience in collaborating with teams and subject matter experts
