Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Designing and developing effective learning solutions, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will create curriculum materials for various training formats, perform needs analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure educational objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using established instructional design processes
• Conduct needs/job analysis and communicate development requirements across the organization
• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on performance tracking

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment
• Proficiency in graphic/user interface/interactive design and applications such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360
• Training project management skills with an emphasis on needs analysis and execution
• Instructional design certificate from an industry-recognized organization preferred
