Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Instructional Designer will analyze training needs, develop and implement training materials using various methodologies, and evaluate training effectiveness to enhance learning outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop learning objectives and training materials in collaboration with clients
- Conduct Front End Analysis to identify curriculum objectives and develop training action plans
- Manage project timelines and lead regular meetings to communicate project status and training needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning/Training, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional training and development experience
- 1-3 years of Instructional or Curriculum Design experience preferred
- ISD Certifications and experience with design programs (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia) are highly desirable
- Call Center experience is preferred
