Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex information into engaging learning experiences, the temporary remote Instructional Designer will update e-learning content, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply instructional design principles to enhance user training for a prominent retail organization.

Key responsibilities

• Update existing eLearnings to align with new user interface designs, including screenshots and videos
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning solutions for diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an Instructional Designer role
• Proficiency with industry-standard instructional design tools, including Captivate and Synthesia
• Demonstrated ability to update and create compelling e-learning content
• Strong understanding of user interface design principles related to learning content development
