Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the Operations Training team, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will design and develop scalable training programs and knowledge resources, transforming complex information into practical learning experiences for Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop various learning experiences, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and create agent-centered training materials
• Maintain and govern the operational knowledge base, ensuring content quality and organization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar learning and development role
• 1-2 years of experience in knowledge management and content strategy
• Hands-on experience with eLearning content creation using Articulate Rise or similar platforms
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies like ADDIE
• Strong written communication skills to simplify complex operational concepts for frontline teams
