Job Summary

Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Instructional Designer will produce innovative e-learning content, oversee the full lifecycle of content production, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging materials for healthcare software clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage e-learning content from design to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with SMEs to identify content creation opportunities and enhance the learning experience with multimedia tools
  • Create and edit instructional materials, including storyboards and multimedia content, utilizing industry-standard software
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience developing e-learning and multimedia content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and Camtasia
  • Experience creating SCORM, HTML5, and 508-compliant training materials
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant e-learning projects
