Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Instructional Designer will create and maintain eLearning and instructor-led training content, collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and applying instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional SMEs to define measurable performance objectives and critical learning needs
• Create and maintain diverse curricula for online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training environments
• Manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality instructional materials meet corporate standards

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design or adult learning within a corporate training environment (SaaS preferred)
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia
• BA/BS degree in Education or Instructional Design required
• Demonstrated ability to assess learning needs and create engaging, media-rich learning solutions
• Strong foundational knowledge of instructional design processes and methodologies
