Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will design and develop high-quality online learning experiences, manage project timelines, and engage in ongoing quality assessments to enhance instructional clarity and student outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable online learning experiences in partnership with academic stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
• Create valid assessments to evaluate learning outcomes for both formative and summative purposes
• Conduct quality reviews and utilize data to identify and implement improvements in instructional design and delivery

Required qualifications:

• Two years of relevant experience in instructional design or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area
• Knowledge of learning management systems and educational technology platforms
