Job Summary

Seeking a talented Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer, the remote hourly position will design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a multinational confectionery company, leveraging AI tools and modern authoring software to create effective educational content.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop a wide range of engaging learning materials, including digital modules and facilitator guides
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation while ensuring adherence to data privacy requirements
• Collaborate effectively with peers and project managers to manage development projects and evaluate learning program metrics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience
• Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360
• Practical experience with AI tools, preferably Microsoft Copilot
• Proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Exceptional ability to simplify complex subjects for non-technical audiences
