Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Supporting the design and development of engaging learning solutions, the full-time remote Specialist I, Instructional Designer will create e-learning content, technical documentation, and instructor-led training while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance learner experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members to design and deliver effective learning solutions that support learner success
• Develops interactive training content across various formats, applying instructional design principles
• Supports LMS-related activities including course testing, uploads, and learner support as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of relevant instructional design or learning development experience
• Experience in developing e-learning content using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe, or Camtasia
• Familiarity with instructional design processes, including storyboarding and content development
• Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
