Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Designing and developing innovative learning solutions, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will create engaging instructional materials to enhance employee knowledge and skills while managing projects and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions using various media to maximize engagement and instructional effectiveness
• Utilize project management methodologies to track deliverables, resolve barriers, and meet program milestones
• Engage with internal stakeholders to scope new learning opportunities and develop partnerships for training solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as an Instructional Designer
• Certification in Instructional Design or a degree in a related field is preferred
• Functional understanding of user-centric design and tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with adult learning theories and learning experience design best practices
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into the instructional design process
