Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Designing and building multimedia and interactive learning programs, the full-time Instructional Designer will create training content for commercial laundry appliance maintenance and installation, as well as leadership and customer service programs, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create project plans and conduct training development based on adult design principles
• Design task-based performance support and develop multimedia learning content, including videos and interactive simulations
• Conduct training needs analysis and manage project documentation and course materials

Required qualifications

• MA/MS in Instructional or Learning Design or BA/BS in a related field with 10+ years of experience as an instructional designer
• Experience with eLearning course creation software such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience with multimedia development and basic video editing skills
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) like Docebo or Workday Learn
