Job Summary
Working remotely within the United States, the full-time Instructional Designer will create engaging learning experiences by partnering with subject matter experts to assess needs, design instructional solutions, and develop high-quality training materials across various formats.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training
- Conduct needs assessments and identify learning objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage multiple instructional design projects while continuously improving content and methodologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Three to five years of instructional design experience, particularly in eLearning content development
- Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate
- Strong understanding of instructional design models, storyboarding, and assessment design
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with a portfolio of instructional design work preferred
