Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Designing and developing innovative learning solutions, the full-time Instructional Designer will conduct training needs assessments, create engaging eLearning modules using Articulate 360, and evaluate training effectiveness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and perform job task analysis
• Create eLearning modules and design curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend process improvements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and eLearning development (3+ years experience)
• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development (3+ years experience)
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and training needs analysis
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and ADDIE methodology
