Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of enterprise learning solutions, the full-time remote Instructional Designer IV will analyze performance gaps, develop scalable learning strategies, and enhance onboarding experiences while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts analyses to identify business needs and presents recommendations to leadership
• Designs and develops various learning solutions, including instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats
• Evaluates learning effectiveness and supports continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Seven (7) or more years of experience in instructional design or related fields
• Proficiency with instructional design technologies such as Articulate Storyline and LMS platforms
• Experience in evaluating learning effectiveness and implementing improvements
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
