Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Instructional Designer will design and develop engaging online courses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure content meets industry standards and learner needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop instructional strategies and course structures for new and revised content
- Collaborate with Curriculum Managers and Subject Matter Experts to ensure course accuracy and relevance
- Analyze feedback and performance data to implement continuous improvements in course content
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or related fields
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing instructional design
