Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To lead the design and delivery of engaging digital learning solutions, the remote Instructional Designer will partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to create interactive eLearning experiences that drive measurable behavior change while managing projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning solutions using modern tools such as Articulate 360 and AI-based technologies
• Lead eLearning projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines and quality assurance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate business challenges into effective learning strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
• Proficiency with modern eLearning tools, including Articulate 360 and video editing software
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Experience with LMS platforms and knowledge of SCORM and learning analytics
