Job Summary
To support strategic learning initiatives for a critical localization program, the temporary remote Instructional Designer will research and test emerging approaches, design interactive experiences, and develop educational materials for internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Research and test emerging approaches for learning and development localization
- Design interactive experiences to effectively showcase innovative localization strategies
- Develop comprehensive materials to educate internal stakeholders on new approaches and best practices
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in learning and development
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, multimedia development, learning and development, or an equivalent field
- Proven experience designing and developing learning or enablement materials from conception to completion
- Experience creating interactive experiences for live events or conferences
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize research and subject matter expert input into clear, structured deliverables
