Job Summary
Supporting strategic learning initiatives for a localization program, the onsite Instructional Designer will design interactive experiences, develop educational materials, and collaborate with the localization program manager to enhance learning and development content.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and localize learning and development content, including onboarding programs
- Support fulfillment centers and last-mile delivery workers through tailored instructional materials
- Translate various content types, from site signage to onboarding materials, ensuring effective communication across languages
Required qualifications
- 5 years of prior experience in learning and development (L&D)
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, multimedia development, or a related field
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or Captivate
- Experience in designing and developing end-to-end learning or enablement materials
- Familiarity with localization, translation, or internationalization workflows
