Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Instructional Designer will lead the design and development of engaging client-facing training content, manage the learning platform, and support live webinars for the Regulatory Affairs team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of self-paced courses that effectively present technical and regulatory content
• Own and manage the JSI University learning platform, including publishing and learner tracking
• Support the planning and execution of client-facing webinars, ensuring technical setup and quality control

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design or e-learning development through professional roles or a strong portfolio
• Experience with course-authoring tools, preferably Articulate 360
• Strong instinct for visual and content design, with the ability to transform complex materials into engaging formats
• Ability to write clear instructional content, including scripts and supporting documentation
• A bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, communications, or a related field is helpful but not required
