Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To enhance customer learning experiences, the full-time hybrid Instructional Designer will develop high-quality educational content for the Pigment Academy, collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging learning programs that drive customer adoption of the platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategize and design comprehensive customer learning programs and certifications in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Apply adult learning principles to develop engaging learning experiences across various modalities, including e-learning and interactive courses
• Manage the end-to-end instructional design lifecycle, including needs analyses, content development, and program effectiveness evaluation

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in the SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) space
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
• Data-driven approach to inform design decisions
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to staying updated with trends in learning and development, including AI-powered technologies
