Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Instructional Designer I will collaborate with the Curriculum Development Team to enhance adult undergraduate and graduate programs by implementing quality standards and developing curriculum that integrates biblical principles.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine curriculum materials that align with quality standards and best practices in adult education
- Facilitate planning meetings and manage course development projects, ensuring alignment with course and program goals
- Collaborate with academic teams and subject matter experts to design and evaluate instructional strategies for course development
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university
- Two to three years of instructional design experience, preferably in adult and online education
- Experience with online learning platforms such as Brightspace
- Proficiency in multimedia development tools like Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or Articulate
- Commitment to integrating biblical principles into educational practices
