Job Summary
Building engaging eLearning courses, the full-time Associate Instructional Designer will storyboard, develop, and deliver customer-facing courseware remotely while collaborating with experienced designers and subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build digital learning courses, including eLearning, videos, and simulations
- Utilize AI tools to research and create project roadmaps and course storyboards
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop and release high-quality courseware
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of instructional design experience or relevant internships and coursework
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 or similar authoring tools
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, visual design, or a related field
- Grounding in instructional design principles for adult learners
- Strong writing and editing skills to clarify complex material
