Instructional Designer
Job Summary
To design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a multinational confectionery manufacturing company, the part-time contracted Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer will leverage AI tools and create a variety of learning materials while working remotely for 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, including digital modules and facilitator guides
- Utilize modern authoring tools and AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation efficiency and quality
- Collaborate effectively with peers and project managers in a fast-paced environment while managing development projects and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience
- Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360
- Practical experience with AI agents, preferably Microsoft Copilot
- Strong visual design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex subjects clearly for non-technical audiences
