Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Creating engaging blended learning experiences, the full-time Instructional Designer will design and develop instructional materials, facilitate training sessions, and support the Learning Management System (LMS) in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning materials, including eLearning modules and facilitator guides
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions for employees at various levels, both virtually and in-person
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure all deliverables align with organizational standards and learner needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or learning content development
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with credit union products, services, and regulatory compliance
