Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Designing and developing learning solutions, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will create curriculum materials for various training formats, including instructor-led and self-paced learning.

Key responsibilities

• Build high-quality learning content using established instructional design processes
• Conduct needs analysis and communicate development requirements across the organization
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure learning objectives are achieved

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in designing training for adult audiences in a professional setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360
• Experience with training project management and needs analysis
• Knowledge of graphic/user interface/interactive design
• Information Mapping/DocuTools Certification preferred
