Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing sales readiness, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will design, develop, and maintain engaging learning solutions to improve onboarding, product knowledge, and ongoing performance for revenue teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions using the ADDIE model or similar frameworks, ensuring alignment with measurable objectives
• Conduct learning needs assessments in collaboration with sales leaders and SMEs to identify skill gaps and create effective training programs
• Evaluate and iterate on learning programs based on feedback and business metrics to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying the ADDIE model or similar instructional design frameworks
• Hands-on experience building courses using Articulate Rise
• Background in sales enablement and understanding of sales cycles and onboarding programs
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
• Experience in conducting learning needs assessments and translating findings into learning strategies
