Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Instructional Designer, the successful candidate will engage directly with professors to facilitate course design, onboarding, and successful implementation of Classavo's educational platform while ensuring ongoing support and adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery conversations and product demonstrations with professors to understand their teaching needs
- Lead onboarding, course setup, and instructional design while managing implementation timelines and commitments
- Provide ongoing support post-launch to drive successful adoption and identify opportunities for course improvement
Required qualifications
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum, or learning design
- Familiarity with education culture and a strong understanding of how educators make decisions
- Proficiency with technology and experience with LMS platforms or EdTech
- Background in sales, customer success, or another customer-facing role
- Classroom teaching experience in K-12 or higher education is a plus
